How do I check the status of my order?
You can check your order status at any time by logging into your account and you will be notified via email. If you don't have an account or shop at our website as guest, you will also receive an email regarding your order status update once you registered your email address. You can track your order through the order tracking number that will be informed to you in the email.

Can I place an order over the phone?
No, all orders can only be placed on our official website and stores.
How do I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or change your order by informing us via email at customercare@orubags.com within 24 hours after you placed your order. We will cancel your order for you and you will be notified through email. When you receive your order, check our website for our Return Policy and for the return process. In what currency are the prices displayed on orubags.com?
All prices of merchandise on orubags.com are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Please note the final checkout price is reflected in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Our website is PCI compliant - orubags.com is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. All personal and credit card information is encrypted.
What do I do if my item(s) arrived damaged or defective?
ORU stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of all of our products. If you believe your item is defective or has been damaged en route, please contact our customer service representative at +62 812 8872 8358 (WhatsApp or LINE) or via email at customercare@orubags.com, available from Monday-Friday (9AM-5PM, GMT+7).
Below are some of the common damaged or defects categories:
1. Zipper is not working properly.
2. Major stains or scratches.
3. Missing accessories (e.g. zipper slider or puller).
For other damages or defects, please inform us via email by stating them and attaching a photo as a proof. We will confirm our approval if you wish to return the item(s). Kindly see our Return Policy for further details.
We will gladly accept return on merchandise that has not been used or altered, with tags still attached and in the original packaging, within 14 days from the date you receive your order to the address stated on the packing slip.
When returning the item(s), you are responsible for shipping or handling charges.

Products displayed on the site are also available in our stores, but in some cases products available on the site are not available in our stores, or vice versa. Similarly, prices for a product may vary between the site and stores.

You make either by credit card concurrent with your online order or by other payment means acceptable to ORU. You agree to pay all applicable taxes. If payment is not received by us from your credit card issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by us.
