How much will shipping cost?
Shipping cost will vary according to location (domestic and international) and product weight or dimension. We use JNE, TiKi and POS Indonesia for domestic and international shipping.
When will my order ship?
You will receive a notification email once your order is shipped. You can track your shipment to see the delivery status through the order tracking number you receive in the email. Please note that your order could ship earlier or later than the expected delivery date.
Should the product be delayed, you will be notified by email.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For shipments within Indonesia (3-6 working days) and outside of Indonesia (6-10 working days).
Note: Should the product be delayed, you will be notified by email. Working days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.
What is the return policy?
We are happy to accept returns for merchandise purchased on orubags.com that has not been used or altered, with tags still attached and in the original packaging (box, garment bag, etc), within 14 days from the date you receive your order. Please send an email first to customercare@orubags.com, stating your reason(s) for returning the item(s) and attaching a photo as a proof. We will confirm our approval on the acceptance of the return via email within 24 hours.
Once approved, please follow the steps below:
Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package. Pack item(s) securely in the original product packaging and include all paperwork. Complete the return reason questionnaire on the packing slip and include it in the return package to the address stated.
ORU recommends using a traceable carrier, insured for the full value of the return merchandise. We are not responsible for return packages lost en route. We cannot accept C.O.D. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your package to monitor the delivery status.
What is the policy on refund?
We do not accept refunds.
